Mr. M. Anis Ud Dowla, honorable Trustee of Education, Science, Technology and Cultural Development Trust (ESTCDT), the founding Trust of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) and Chittagong Independent University (CIU), who is also one of the honorable members of the Board of Trustees of IUB, has been recognized as the Business Person of the Year at the Bangladesh Business Awards DHL-The Daily Star.
Mr. Dowla is the Chairman of ACI Group of Companies. He was the elected Chairman of Pioneer Insurance Company Limited for various terms; elected President of Bangladesh Employers’ Association for four terms and also served as the President of MCCI and President of Bangladesh Employers’ Federation for two terms.
